Due to the structure and design of mobile concrete batching plants, the aggregate storage height is quite high. To reduce the cost of constructing a one-sided or two-sided feeding ramp, we have developed a mobile aggregate feeding system that allows easy aggregate feeding without any additional costs for the foundation or ramp. The system can be supplied on a wheeled basis for mobility or without wheels for container handling.

Mobile Feedback Units consist of 3 main groups.

WHEELED BASE

The caster base allows for easy transport with a single trailer vehicle. It can also be dismantled for container transportation.

FOLDING CONVEYOR

The folding design allows for quick installation and disassembly.

ROTARY DISCHARGE GUTTER

Aggregates are distributed with the aid of a rotating chute

CAMERA SYSTEM (OPTIONAL FEATURE)

The camera system gives full control of the water discharge channel, which provides better aggregate distribution and eliminates contamination of materials.
