D MAT Series

The substances discharged by compressors, dryers and compressed air filters often contain liquid water, oil and particulates. Dalgakıran D-Mat and D-Sep Oil/Water separators effectively separate the two phases and offer an environmentally friendly solution for users.

F Series

Internal elements are assembled with a connecting rod system. It offers an excellent evacuation system with external two float evacuation. The front separation chamber has a unique design. All connection zone welds exhibit a strong structure. CE and ASME approved tanks are suitable for use with F series dryers. Internal elements can be easily replaced via the upper flange.

G WS Series

G series water separators are designed to separate bulky liquid water and other particles from compressed air. The unique centrifugal process removes pollutants with very low pressure losses, allowing less energy to be spent to balance the overall system pressure level during this process. G series has NPT pipe diameters in the range of 1/4” to 3” and different model options with flow capacity up to 2200 m3/hour. Since the filtration efficiency of condensate separators is limited, additional equipment such as coalescing and particulate filters are needed to increase the filtration efficiency of the general compressed air system and to remove the last traces of oil, water and other particles from the compressed air.

GO Series

GO series compressed air line filters are designed considering the filtering needs of today's compressed air industry. GO series models offer high strength, low pressure losses and high efficiency with more connection options to increase connectivity, giving end users flexibility and comfort in terms of usability. GO series filters have 16 bar maximum working pressure, particle filtration resolution up to 0.01 micron, and 4 different models offering connection options from ¼” to 3” NPT/BSP sizes. A protected automatic float drain with a 2mm mouth diameter is offered as standard to ensure reliable particle filtration operation. The non-porous aluminum body, durable epoxy powder coating and rust-resistant inner surface coating provide a long service life. Different combinations of filters can be created to meet specific application needs. GO series filters are produced in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) of the European Union and have performance characteristics in ISO 8573 standard. DALGAKIRAN recommends the use of differential pressure manometer together with GO filters in order to provide easy maintenance conditions and to take timely energy saving measures.

HGO Series

DALGAKIRAN offers HGO series high pressure air line filters operating at 50 bar to users. The filters are made of aluminum and have a seamless design. It is robust, durable and reliable in design. Having a large wall thickness and being put into use after rigorous testing guarantees high performance operation. All interior and exterior surfaces are anodized to prevent corrosion at a high level.

Filter Elements

The highly efficient Micro-Glass nano-fiber material (80 times more sensitive than cellulose fiber) offers the achievement of higher efficiency targets, longer service life, and very broad chemical and synthetic oil compatibility even at higher operating temperatures.

Flanged Water Separators

Although these separators are highly efficient, they cannot separate 100% of the oil in the air. Line filters should be used to remove residual oil particles after passing through the separator. These separators, which can be used up to 14 bar pressure, have an automatic float system that ensures the safe removal of liquid waste.
