- What are the differences between Silenta Premium and Silenta 3A pipe?
- Both pipes are made of PP material with special mineral additives and are produced with 3 layers. Thanks to the special mineral additive in the middle layer, both pipes are waste water pipes with inflammability class B2 and low silence value. The wall thickness varies in both pipes. The wall thickness of Silenta Premium products is higher than Silenta 3A products. Therefore, while the silence value is 13 decibels in Silenta Premium products, it is 16 decibels (4 lt) in Silenta 3A pipes. It is the difference in wall thickness that creates this difference. There is no other difference between the two product groups. In these pipes, which have the same place of use and strength, the difference in the silence value caused by the difference in wall thickness is the feature that distinguishes the products from each other. Since the fittings in these pipes are produced like the pipes, the same wall thickness difference exists in the fittings.
