Rotary chassis systems are equipment used to prevent buckling of welding chassis cables, which is a general problem in the welded manufacturing of cylindrical materials. In general, they consist of parts that rotate on a main body connected to the workpiece and on which the welding work cables are connected. They must be supplemented with special conductive oil in order to prevent the welding current from arcing in the system during movement.
In tank welds made by the submerged arc method, the cables are twisted and broken as a result of the use of very thick cables of 95 or 120 mm2 for the work cable and the movement of these cables as the tank rotates. In the submerged arc method, the work to be carried out at high amperes causes the cables to be overheated and scorched due to these corroded or broken cables, or the welding system is destroyed due to excessive heat, causing job losses.
Thanks to its easy connection and high conductivity in prefabricated pipe manufacturing in the factory, it is now possible to obtain high welding quality especially in TIG, Electrode and submerged arc welding methods and to prevent the frames from breaking by bending!
