EG-3240 Line Grounding with Optical Head 36kVt

Eg-3240 Line Grounding With Optical Head 36Kvt

PROMOTION

EG-3240 Optical Headed Line Grounding Equipment is a system that ensures the life safety of employees by short-circuiting the line and grounding it while working in energy carrying lines and centers.

STUDY

EG-3240 Optical Headed Line Grounding Equipment is first installed and each phase is checked, and after it is understood that there is no energy in the line, its clips are attached to each phase of the line, the branch cables of the clips are combined with the down cable and 3 phases are short-circuited. By connecting the down cable to the grounding stake, all 3 phases of the line are grounded. This protection is made from both sides of the studied area.

USE

Before the grounding equipment is used; The head is controlled by the magneto on the Optical Head. If the lights are on, it means that the Optical Head is intact. Then the Optical Head is attached to the stock and the line is checked for energy. If there is no energy in the line, grounding equipment is started to be used. If there is energy in the line, the energy is cut off, it is checked with the stanka again, after making sure that the energy is cut off, the grounding equipment is started to be used. At the beginning and end of the working area, the grounding stake is first driven into a suitable ground at a distance sufficient for the cable length. The cable on the reel is opened and the free end of the cable is firmly clamped to the grounding stake with a vise. The clip head is attached to the stanka, the clips are attached to this cap and with the help of the stanka, the mouths of the clips are kept below the line, and the clips are attached to the line by pushing them from below. The clip attached to the line automatically leaves the stanka head and stays on the line. After all 3 clips are attached in this way, the line is short-circuited and grounded. Before connecting the equipment to the line, all screw connections on the equipment circuit should be checked and tightened if there are any loosenings. After the line is grounded, it is worked on, when the work is finished, the studs in the stanka head are inserted into the hole of the clips and the clips are pulled down, the clips are removed from the line and put on the head. After the equipment leaves the line, the line is taken into service. T While working on the line, a grounding equipment in the direction of energy is sufficient to prevent voltage being applied to the line by wrong maneuvers, but it is beneficial to provide life safety by making a second grounding from the end against the danger of atmospheric voltage according to climatic conditions. The equipment's landing cable is 16m long and is sufficient to reach medium voltage lines. The clips are designed to be attached to 3-20 mm Ø lines. The 16mm2 cable withstands 4000A for 1 second. Stanka is used between 3-75 kV.

CASING

The cable and stank should not be exposed to direct sunlight, and should be protected against rust and moisture in their packaging in non-humid places.
