EG-34-154 Busbar Grounding 154kVt

Eg-34-154 Busbar Grounding 154Kvt

PROMOTION

It was built to ensure the life safety of employees by grounding the lines during the maintenance and repair period of high voltage lines.

USE

The equipment may only be used by authorized personnel following written instructions. Do not approach the ground wire during the maneuver.

1. First, the line clips and grounding clamps will be screwed to the cables with the bolts and spring washers on them and tightened with the key in the bag so that the spring washers will not come loose,

2. Earth clamps will be tightly clamped in a metal area to ensure grounding.

3. Line clips will be attached to stankas

4. After making sure that the ground vise is firmly attached, the line clips will be attached to the line with the help of the stanka.

5. While the equipment is being dismantled, first the clips will be removed from the lines and then the earth clamp will be opened.

EQUIPMENT PARTS

1. 3 Pieces of aluminum line clips to grip lines from 3/0 to 1272MCM and attach to the line by screwing

2. Copper braided insulated cables with a cross section of 70mm2, combining the grounding clamp in 3 clips

3. Earth clamp made of aluminum, tightened with a thumbscrew, which provides the connection of 3 cables to the section to be grounded.

4. Ø 40mm diameter glass fiber reinforced synthetic resin tubular grounding sticks used for attaching and removing 3 pieces of grounding clips from the line

5. Electrostatic painted, locked metal bag containing 1 piece of clips and vices

TANKS TO BE USED

1 piece 4m long (in 2 meter pieces)

DEFINITION

EG 34-154T stanka is made for use in grounding equipment of line and busbars in high voltage line and distribution centers.

STRUCTURE

- EG 34-154T stanka is made of tubular Ø 40mm glass fiber reinforced synthetic resin. It is made of 2 pieces of 2m length, which are used by being attached to each other. Its total length is 4m.

- It should not be used at a higher voltage than the usage voltage written on the sticks.

- The test voltages of the stankas are not less than the following values.

- Its mechanical strength meets TEİAŞ bending conditions.

- There is a disc on the stankas that limits the holding area. The metal parts on it are of stainless type.

- The structure of the stankas is in the form of a tube, and it is closed from two heads to prevent moisture.

- The 2 parts of the stankan should not be used without being attached to each other.

PHYSICAL VALUES

Dimensions of Stankan and Test Features:

Operating Voltage: 0-170kV AC Test Voltage: 275kV AC
Leakage Current : <120µA
Length : >2m
Diameter : 40mm
Bending: 25/85 N/mm

The above values are also provided for telescopic types.

STORAGE

- Do not store against moisture and direct sunlight.

- Do not use dusty and damp stankas without removing the dust and moisture.

- The stankas are in a synthetic bag as a set.

I. Warning Sign: Test 275kV use 154kV hands will not go beyond here EG 34-154T

II.Warning Sign: First, tighten the earth clamp tightly, then attach the clips to the lines and busbars with the help of a stanka.

• When disassembling the equipment, first remove the clips from the line and the busbar with the stanka and then open the ground vise.

• Do not approach the ground wire during the maneuver.
