Series DynaProbe Level Meter

Dynameters Series DynaProve level meter sound for measuring liquid or solid level
It is a self-contained, battery-operated meter that uses waves. Fast is possible in the high measuring range or without the use of any downhole water level meters. Ultrasonic Level Meters are light, compact, versatile and easy to operate. As long as the obstacle meter will not suffer anymore loss of accuracy as it can take more than half of the hole area.

TECHNOLOGICAL PRINCIPLE
The level meter is composed with an integrative ultrasonic wave sensor and electronic unit designed. The level meter loads on the top of the vessel, under the control of the electronic unit, the sensor launched a beam of ultrasonic pulses to the things being tested. The sound wave is reflected by the object surface, the parts of the reflected return waves are received and transformed into echo and electrical signal. The ultrasonic wave initiation time to pick up again is the direct ratio of the tested things sensor distance. The electronic unit measures time and calculates the distance when the sound is examined according to its known speed. Then draw the value of the place of things through subtraction.

How to choose a separate ultrasonic level measuring device

Measuring range
Choose the model number according to its actual range.
If it fluctuates strongly at medium level, choose the model number with large range.
The solid level range is generally two to three and a half times that of liquid.

Power source
DC24V POWER SUPPLY:
1. For two-wire system, the current power supply should not be less than 30 mA.
2. For the three-wire system, the current power supply should not be less than 60 mA.
3. For the four-wire system, the current power supply should not be less than 80 mA.

220VAC POWER SUPPLY:
For four-wire system only, current power supply should not be less than 50 mA.

Tank Installation conditions
closed tank
1. For range from less than 8m, hole size on tank should be more than flange DN65;
2. For the range of 10m and 12m, the hole size on the tank should be more than according to DN80
flange;
3. For 15m range, hole size on tank should be more than flange DN150;
4. For 20m, 30mand 40m range, it should be more according to the hole size on the tank

open tank
1. Spacing should be less than 8m, 65mm more than the diameter of the hole on the tank.
2. For the range of 10m and 12m, the diameter of the hole on the tank should be more than 80
and its thickness should be less than 15 cm.;
3. For 15m spacing, the diameter of the hole on the tank should be 150mm more and its
thickness should be less than 15 cm.
4. For 20m, 30mand 40m range, the hole diameter on the tank should be more than 200mm and the thickness should be less than 20cm.
