MicroGator O equipped with a very powerful and efficient electric motor, a cutter and grinding robot for DN 200 and DN 800 pipe and main duct, offers equivalent performance in terms of performance compared to pneumatic and hydraulic cutters, although small, all materials in the sewer pipe are milled differently. can be processed reliably with headers. Milling spindle extensions can be used to reach farther and deeper working areas. Depending on the area ratio, different sizes of motors can be selected. They offer different capacities and sizes and allow deep work to be done even with DN 200 (relined) size main ducts.
The rotation speed of the tool can be adjusted. In addition, the robot works with very low vibration, among other things, thanks to the clamping technology, which ensures precise work. Built-in swivel module provides 400° rotation (left/right). As a result, even complex geometries can be milled in a single operation. With the help of the 4th axis, the motor can be tilted easily without conversion measures. As a result, tree roots, for example, can be removed quickly. This axis of movement is also of great help when preparing branches for regeneration and opening entrances. A gaze indicator in the camera view shows the robot's position in the tube for better orientation. This is made possible by a gravity sensor integrated into the camera.
CutterCam's flexible focusing not only provides a clear view of the milling area, but also accurately displays a nearby pipe wall, for example, so repair results can be evaluated and documented using meaningful image material. A persistent stream of air creates a kind of shield in front of the CutterCam's optics and reliably blows off the milling dust. Larger particles can be washed at any time with an additional water nozzle at the push of a button. In case of excessive soiling, it is possible to clean the camera completely by rotating it on a rubber squeegee. The high stability of the robot during the milling process is ensured by the compressed air-controlled tensioning mechanism. The system is monitored by internal pressure.
Therefore, the operator receives a visual safety message on the screen and a warning sound is reported if a leak is detected in the electronics installation area. By using a drain hook on the MicroGator, occupational safety is increased without the user having to climb into the shaft when inserting and retracting the milling robot. Thanks to the lightweight cable and the high traction of the robot, it is possible to effortlessly move handles up to 150 meters. A suitable cable length provides a high range. Thanks to the different wheelsets and the well thought-out new add-on trolleys, the robot can be optimally configured for the prevailing pipe conditions or pipe sizes and can be used from DN 200 (DND) to DN 800.
FrontCam is a new camera that can be easily attached to the motor body. It gives the operator an unrestricted view of the driving direction. As a result, branches to be opened, for example, can be easily distinguished after the liner has been placed.
