Description: The Automatic Marshall Rammer is designed to eliminate the rather laborious manual compaction process.

The Automatic Marshall Rammer automatically clamps the sample and stops automatically after the preset number of blows.

The mold is held in position by a fast and practical clamping mechanism. The trip mechanism is adjusted so that the hammer falls the same distance for each stroke. The compactor has a laminated hardwood block and a 45x45x20 cm vibratory concrete sub-plate.

All moving parts are protected by a safety guard that automatically stops the plate when it is opened. The control panel has an emergency stop button in accordance with all CE directives.

The clamping mechanism provides the free fall of 4535 g ± 15 g rammer, coated against corrosion, at a height of 457 mm ± 5 mm.
