GÜNTER brand air handling units have a modular structure, so they can be easily transported and disassembled-mounted in any place. The carcass consists of 6063 (AIMgSio 5) alloy special extruded aluminum profiles and specially injected aluminum zamak alloy corner elements. Aluminum profiles and corner elements are mounted with concealed bolt connections, giving a rigid structure to the air handling unit frame. By supporting the prepared skeleton structure with reinforcement profiles according to the dimensions, the cover dimensions are reduced and the central structure is strengthened against high pressures.

EPDM gasket is used to ensure air tightness under the assembled switchboard panels.

Panels and intervention covers of the switchboard are manufactured from galvanized sheet as standard, with double-walled outer surface of 1.00 - 1.20 or 1.50 mm, inner surfaces of 0.60 mm, depending on the capacity and size of the switchboard. DIN -4201 Al class rock wool and 50 kg/m3 density glass wool are used as insulation material against heat and sound between the walls. The outer surface coating of the panels is painted with electrostatic powder paint as standard. Optionally, it can be manufactured from PVC coated sheet or galvanized sheet.
