Our Light Steel System Buildings; static calculations are made according to the projects 100, 120, 150 mm. widths, 'U' and 'C' galvanized panels, Roof panels and roof trusses are produced. Pre-production of all main carriers and other required building fasteners is made at the factory site, transported to the assembly site and mounted on the pre-prepared foundation.

  • Steel is a homogeneous and isotropic material. Its mechanical properties do not change along any direction.
  • The modulus of elasticity of steel is very high compared to other materials. Therefore, due to its high strength, the volume of steel used in the building becomes smaller: Steel structures are relatively light.
  • The tensile strength of steel in the non-buckling condition is equal to the compressive strength.
  • It is a ductile material. It can make large deformations, is suitable for plastic calculations, offers optimum solutions in terms of meeting earthquake loads and ground settlements.
  • Steel carrier elements are largely prepared in workshops. Only assembly works are carried out at the construction site. In this respect, the construction time is short, and it is almost independent of weather conditions.
  • Replacing reinforcement and bearing elements in steel structures is relatively easy.

Economic ; Prefabricated, fabricated carrier elements provide high quality at a low price and shorten construction time. Steel is the material with the highest ratio of carrying capacity to weight. Thanks to the high bearing capacity of steel, steel structural elements are produced in smaller sections and sizes, lighter and in excellent quality. Since the dimensions of the bearing elements in steel structures are much smaller than those of wood and concrete, much more usage area is obtained. This ensures more efficient use of building space. The price balance and short construction times allow people to settle in sooner, allowing them to gain less rent, interest and cost advantages.

Earthquake Resistant ; Thanks to its high strength, flexibility and lightness, steel is the most resistant construction material against earthquakes. Its light weight allows it to withstand the blows it receives without breaking. The only factor that will reduce the earthquake force is the lightening of the structure. Because the greater the mass of the structure, the greater the force that the earthquake will exert on it. Steel houses are about 5 times lighter than reinforced concrete structures. Environmentalist ; Steel is a durable and reusable material. The material that comes out with the dismantling of steel buildings is recovered. In contrast, about 50 trees have to be cut down to make a similar structure out of wood. During the construction of steel structures, water is not used as it is used in the construction of reinforced concrete buildings. This saves a lot of water.
