The software requirements for real estate appraisal companies licensed by CMB and BRSA to monitor their business and processes electronically, to prepare valuation reports and send requests from banks to the relevant banks and financial institutions via the system were handled by Is Teknoloji and an integrated management system was prepared.

The process begins when the valuation request is defined in the system and directed to the most appropriate expert, and the process is completed after the appraiser completes the work and receives his authorized approval. The business follow-up and management between these two situations is done through the GDY system and the result is achieved in the fastest and most effective way.

The most effective role played by GDY is to establish connections between which company, which type of request came when, who completed the report, in how long, with what results, what types of problems occurred during these processes, what results the expert reached, by what means, the demand. It is about calculating the work progress payments between the owner company, the appraisal firm and the loss adjuster, tracking the invoices and determining how much the work is completed with the cost.

In the system, the reports are finally signed with Electronic signature and/or Mobile signature and archived with Electronic signature without printing out as per the BRSA regulation.
