HYGIENIC AIR HANDLING UNITS

Hygıenıc Aır Handlıng Unıts

Hygienic Air Handling Units are central system devices that optionally perform one or more of the ventilation, heating, cooling, humidification and multi-stage filtration functions in hospitals, laboratories, pharmaceutical industry, and similar sterile space applications. In hygienic air handling units, unlike standard air handling units, specially designed edge and reinforcement profiles, corner elements and cover panels are used in order to minimize the indentations and protrusions that may cause pollution accumulation in the cell interior. In addition, the inner surfaces of the side panels are completely made of 304 quality CrNi stainless sheet, and the inner and outer surface base covers are made of galvanized sheet. The covers mounted on the base of the device are covered with 304 quality CrNi stainless sheet with a thickness of 0.60-1.00 mm, depending on the size of the switchboard, so that it is completely closed. Before the stainless sheet coating, antibacterial silicone is applied to the bottom of the device to prevent water leakage when it is washed. In all parts of the device that need to be washed, siphon drains are placed in order to discharge the accumulated water inside and to prevent air leakage from outside to inside. A countersunk is created to prevent water from accumulating on the edges of the hole drilled for the siphon. In order to wash the muffler units, the backstages are placed horizontally inside the device, unlike standard devices, and a gap is created on the floor. The height of the plinth made under the device is 150mm in hygienic plants. made in height. Sight glasses and water-resistant lighting fixtures are placed on the fan and filter parts so that the device can be seen while it is in operation.

As a result of the tests carried out by TUV, it has been determined that the Hygienic Air Handling Units fully comply with the articles of DIN 1946/4, EN 1751, VDI 6022/1-3 and VDI 3803.
