TECHNICAL DATA OF REDUCERS

	Drive Type: Electric Motor; It is connected to the flange at the motor inlet of the reducer with a belt pulley mechanism.
	First Stage: (Input Stage) It has a helical bevel gear structure, it has been hardened by cementation process.
	Second Stage: (Intermediate Stage) Planetary gear stage; Sun gear and planet gears have spur gear structure and are hardened by cementation process. The ring gear is hardened by nitration process.
	Third stage: (Output Stage) Planetary gear stage; Sun gear and planet gears have spur gear structure and are hardened by cementation process. The ring gear is hardened by the nitriding process.
	Bearings: SKF or equivalent (SNR, KOYO, TIMKEN, FAG).
	Body : Steel Casting
	Lubrication: Oil Bath (upper shafts are oil fed).
	Gearbox Assembly: Footed, flanged, Torque arm connection can be made optionally, which is fixed in the body of the gear unit. The gearbox output side includes an omnidirectional (5 degrees in all directions) connection and output shaft designed to carry the radial load increase from the mixing process (Cobra DWG9PLDT05 allowable load). This connection allows radial load and mixer shaft angle under radial load without transferring load to the gear unit.
	Input : The input shaft has a flange to connect to the V gate.
	Oil pump: This Gearbox has PTO connection for oil pump.
