TECHNICAL DATA OF REDUCERS

	Drive Type : Electric motor ; It is directly connected with the PAM flange at the input of the reducer.
	First Level : (Entry Level) ; It has a straight gear structure, hardened by cementation process. (9PLTT02 AND 9PLTC03)
	Second Stage : (Intermediate Stage) ; It has a straight gear structure, hardened by cementation process. (9PLTT02 AND 9PLTC03)
	Third stage : (Output Stage) ; Planetary gear stage ; Sun gear and planet gears have spur gear structure and are hardened by cementation process. Ring gear is hardened by nitration process.
	Bearings: SFK or equivalent (SNR, KOYO, TIMKEN; FAG)
	Body : Steel Casting
	Lubrication : Oil Bath, ISO VG 220 mineral oil
	Gearbox Assembly: It is made with a fixed flange connection on the body of the reducer.
