TECHNICAL DATA OF REDUCERS

	Drive Type : Electric motor, direct connection with V-belt pulley on the gearbox input flange.
	First Stage : (Input stage) helical bevel gear, hardened steel .
	Second Stage: Planetary gear stage, sun gear, planetary plain of hardened steel, bevel gear nitrided.
	Third stage: Planetary gear stage, planetary gears are spur gears, hardened steel, helical bevel gear nitrided.
	Bearings: SKF or equivalent (SNR, KOYO, TIMKEN, FAG).
	Body : Steel Casting
	Lubrication: Oil Bath (upper shafts are oil fed).
	Gearbox Assembly: Fixed, can be connected to the main body from the feet.
	Output : This reducer is designed to be connected directly to the mixer shaft with its output flange. The gearbox output side is omnidirectional (5 degrees in all directions) designed to bear the radial load increase from the mixing process (Cobra DWG9PLDT05 allowable load) connection and output shaft. This connection allows radial load and mixer shaft angle under radial load without transferring load to the gear unit.
	Input : This Gearbox has PTO connection for oil pump.
	Oil Pump: This reducer has a PTO connection for the oil pump.
