These properties give the material slipperiness and flexibility. It is one of the most preferred sealing element materials. Abrasion resistance is directly proportional to the smoothness of the metal surface on which it works. Its electrical properties are also very good. Due to the molecular structure of the material, it does not react with any chemical substance. Dimensional stability is not good. Tolerances must be observed during the process. Various alloys can be produced to change the mechanical values. It can be alloyed with carbon, glass fiber, bronze-like materials to relatively increase the values such as lubricity, hardness, abrasion resistance.
