Ultra Filtration

Providing perfect filtration without changing the chemical structure and pH value of the water has brought the Ultrafiltration (UF) technique to an important place among filtration systems. With the Ultrafiltration modules with a pore diameter of 0.02 microns, 99-100% bacteria and virus removal, 99-100% particle removal, 25-50% organic matter removal are provided without the need for any continuous dosing chemicals. With Ultrafiltration Modules, the flux value of which is adjusted depending on the turbidity value of the inlet water; a turbidity value of < 0.1 NTU is reached at the output.

Ultrafiltration Systems; The system consists of feeding pump, coarse screen, ultrafiltration modules, PLC automation panel, backwash pumps and chemical disinfection sections.

The water to be treated, which is taken from your raw water tank with the raw water feeding pump, is sieved into a <300 micron coarse sieve and fed to the Ultrafiltration Modules with the collector. The filtered water, which is taken from the module outputs with the collector, is given to the treated water tank. In Kets Ultrafiltration systems, fully automatic backwashing is done without human touch with the PLC automation equipment on the system and the pollution accumulated on the system is thrown out. While filtration with fibers from the inside to the outside continues in this way, the backwash system is activated when the signal of clogging in the filters is received from the existing differential pressure sensor on the system.
The treated water taken from the treated water tank by backwash pumps performs backwash on the modules and ensures that the accumulation of pollution on the modules is removed. Chemical disinfection is applied in the system in the periods to be determined depending on the raw water analysis parameters. Chlorine-based, acid-based and caustic-based chemicals are used for chemical disinfection.
