Grounding in General
The purpose of the grounding is to transmit the electric current to the ground as soon as possible. The back reflection of the non-discharged electrical discharge causes great damage to the safety of life and then property. For this reason, all poles and steel structures must be grounded in order to be protected from lightning and leakage.

TYPES
Grounding Strip
Our company produces grounding strips in accordance with TS 914 EN ISO 1461 and TS EN 62305-3 standards. Thanks to the zinc-iron alloy formed on the surface of the strips coated with the hot-dip galvanizing technique, a protection against corrosion is obtained. The slow wear rate of zinc extends the life of the coating and creates a cathodic protection layer at the points that are the target of the impact or cuts, ensuring that the protection lasts for many years. Galvanized coating thickness is at least 70 microns. Thus, although the usage period of the strip produced by using the Hot Dip Galvanized Coating method varies depending on the location, it can be used for an average of 20 to 60 years without maintenance.

Grounding Stake
Our company carries out the production of grounding piles that provide the ground connection between the soil and the facility in all kinds of facility grounding. In addition, we extend the service life of our ground stakes by subjecting them to hot-dip galvanizing.
