CHIMNEYS FOR NATURAL GAS SYSTEMS

The water vapor and acid-containing waste gas resulting from the combustion of natural gas should be directed to the atmosphere by a chimney made of AISI 316 L quality stainless steel (it is the most ideal metal due to its chemical properties). Chimneys produced by Palmiye Energy and Chimney Systems are specially designed for this type of applications. Chimneys are produced from stainless steel sheet in thicknesses of 0.60mm, 0.80 mm and 1mm according to diameters. Computer-aided production is carried out according to the project by an expert team in the quality-controlled band system. From the entrance to the chimney assembly, the whole process goes through quality control in accordance with the Factory Manufacturing Control System (FYK).

1- Single Wall Chimneys/ Epsilon Series/ (Λ)

It is generally preferred in in-shaft applications, the air gap heated in the shaft eliminates the insulation requirement in the chimney.
Chimney connections are made with stainless steel connection clamps.

2 - Double Wall Chimneys

a) Aluminum Sheet Coated Chimneys/ Delta Series/( Δ)
b) Stainless Steel Coated Chimneys/ Sigma Series/( Σ)

Waste gas containing water vapor from the boiler should be discharged from the chimney with minimum condensation. Therefore, insulation and insulation jackets are used in our chimneys in this class. 30-100mm rockwool is used in these products. Again, 0.60mm DIN Al 99.8 quality embossed outer wall is used in Delta series chimneys. aluminum, and SAE 304 L stainless steel sheet is used in Sigma series chimneys. Again, according to the order, the outer wall can be manufactured as galvanized and copper. There is no heat transfer between the two walls.
