Drywall screws are used to fasten drywall to wood and metal elements, they are designed to minimize damage to surfaces.
There are two different types of drywall screws, pointed and drilled. It is made of carbon steel and coated with black phosphate for corrosion protection.
Pointed drywall screws for fixing drywall on metal elements up to 0.7mm sheet thickness,
Drill-tipped drywall screws should be used for fixing the drywall on metal elements up to 0.7-2.25mm sheet thickness.
