Definition
It is a liquid asphalt joint adhesive that is UV resistant and can be used without heating or thinning.
It is bitumen based and contains various emulsifiers and water repellent chemicals.
Usage areas
Under and around Bituminous Hot Mix (BSK), Surface Coating and Cold Asphalt Patches.

Application
The surface to be applied must be free of dirt, dust, oil and any loose material.
Apply with a brush or broom.
Before applying asphalt, apply BS-5 especially to the joints and a small amount of the base.
After the asphalt application is finished, BS-5 can be applied to the joints again, optionally. This will increase the permanence of the patch material.
Cleaning of Tools
Used tools can be cleaned with water before drying.

500 gr/m2 – 1000gr/m2 (in one layer application)
