What is First Aid?

In any accident or life-threatening situation, it is the drug-free applications made with the available tools and equipment at the scene, without seeking medical equipment , in order to save life or prevent the situation from getting worse, until the help of health officials is provided.

First Aid

In line with the purpose specified in the definition of first aid, it is the person or persons who have received training, without seeking medical equipment, to the sick or injured, with the available tools and without medication.

Primary Objectives of First Aid

• To eliminate the danger of life,
• To ensure the maintenance of vital functions,
• To prevent worsening of the patient/injured condition, to facilitate recovery.
