According to the 17th article of the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331 and the 6th article of the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles of the Occupational Health and Safety Training of Employees, which was published in the Official Gazette dated 15.05.2013 and numbered 28648; Employers are obliged to ensure that their employees receive occupational health and safety training. These trainings are especially; It is given before starting work, in case of a change of workplace or job, in case of change of work equipment or in case of application of new technology. The trainings are renewed in accordance with the changing and emerging risks, and are repeated when necessary and at regular intervals.

In our country, the most fatal occupational accidents occur in the construction sector. Many of these fatal occupational accidents occur in the form of falling from a height. For this reason, those working at height should be specially trained in this regard.

According to the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles of Occupational Health and Safety Training of Employees, published in the Official Gazette dated 15.05.2013 and numbered 28648, it is obligatory to give practical training to those working at height on the risks that may arise, ways to avoid them, and safe working methods.
