Quality ceramic heating elements are produced with durable aluminum oxide ceramic beads and high temperature resistant nickel-chromium (NiCr) 80/20, 19 Wire resistance cables passing through these beads.

Each ceramic pad heater has a cold nickel 212 extension wire that allows the operator to work safely with the element heater while in use.

All ceramic heating elements are equipped with Camlock fasteners.

The insulators, together with the resistance wires, are very flexible and provide good heat dissipation and effective heat conduction during the required heat treatment.

ElectroHeat FCP heating elements are manufactured with a wide power and voltage range. We are able to meet the needs of our customers regarding special models of size, shape, voltage and power class.

Our ceramic pad heaters are designed for temperatures up to 1000°C and are suitable for all types of heating, such as preheating, tempering, annealing, soft annealing, normalizing, stress relieving, homogenization and recrystallization of pipes and pressure vessels. This type of ceramic heaters can be customized to operate with voltages from 30V to 80V.
