It is a glossy paint with high covering ability, elastic, good adhesion to all kinds of wood, metal and concrete surfaces. It is resistant to external weather conditions. It has high physical and chemical resistance. It is resistant to petroleum, mineral oils (except hydraulic structure) and weak chemicals. Along with wooden metal surfaces in the construction area, land and sea vehicles, household goods, agricultural tools, warehouses, tankers, bridges, etc. It is used for painting metal constructions such as It is a premium quality paint with lasting shine.

Method of Application:

Metal surfaces should be cleaned from rust, wire brush and scraper. Dust, grease and oil on metal and wooden surfaces should be wiped with naphtha or thinner. Old paint should be scraped off. If the surface is not smooth, it is smoothed with Fors Paint Paste. Then, Fors Primer Paint is applied by sanding and it is allowed to dry.

Metal Surfaces:

It is primed with Fors Antirust Paint. When applying Fors Synthetic Paint, wait at least 10 hours between the first and second coats. It is applied with brush and roller. The application should be done between 5 °C and 10 °C.

Thinning Ratio:

It is thinned with 5% thinner for brush application and 15% for airbrush application.

Drying Time:

Touch dry: 2 hours
Dust free: 4 hours
For the second floor: 10 hours
Full drying: 24 hours

Paintable Area:

At least 10 m² of area can be painted in one coat with 1 liter of paint.

Flash Point:

40 °C

Note:

It should be mixed before use. It should be kept closed after use. The unopened box life is at least 1 year. It should be kept out of reach of children.
