It is an air drying industrial primer based on styrene modified alkyd resin.

Product features:

It is used for painting all kinds of machinery, agriculture, home, garden tools, tractors, trailers, ecowats, transformers, auto radiator parts, barrels, valves, steel cabinets and steel tables. It is a fast-drying, elastic and durable, glossy industrial paint. It adheres well to metal surfaces. It is applied under Rapid Industrial Paint.

Surface Preparation:

Remains of old paint, concrete, plaster residues, etc. of the surface to be applied. should be cleaned by mechanical means such as rubbing with a wire. Salt etc. water-soluble substances must be removed by water washing, steaming or chemical treatment. Oil residues should be cleaned with alkali or solvent washing, and rust on iron surfaces should be cleaned with a wire brush, sandpaper or sandblasting method.

Method of Application:

It is applied directly to metal surfaces.

Tools Used:

It is applied with a brush, roller or paint gun.

Thinning Ratio:

It is thinned by 35% with industrial thinner.

Paintable Area:

Depending on the thinning, approximately 15 m²/kg area is painted with a single layer.

Drying Time:

At 20 °C and 50% relative humidity:
Touch dry: 10 minutes
Assembly Drying: 2 hours
Hard Dry: 24 hours

Storage Conditions:

It should be stored in a cool place in closed packages that are not exposed to direct sunlight. The packaging should be kept closed when not in use.

Security measures:

It should be kept away from children. Eye and skin contact should be avoided.
