Product description:

It is an air drying industrial paint based on styrene modified alkyd resin.

Product features:

It is used for painting all kinds of machinery, agriculture, home, garden tools, tractors, trailers, ecowats, transformers, auto radiator parts, barrels, valves, steel cabinets and steel tables. It is a fast-drying, elastic and durable, glossy industrial paint. It adheres well to metal surfaces. It provides coverage in one coat.

Surface Preparation:

Surfaces should be cleaned from dirt, rust and oils and primed with Rapid Primer if necessary.

Method of Application:

It is applied in two coats directly on metal or primed surfaces. The second coat should be applied within 1 hour after the first coat has been applied or after the chemical drying has been completed. Applying before the chemical drying is complete causes the paint film to wrinkle.

Tools Used:

It is applied with a brush or roller.

Thinning Ratio:

It is thinned by 50% with industrial thinner.

Paintable Area:

Depending on the thinning, approximately 15 m²/kg area is painted with a single layer.

Drying Time:

At 20 °C and 50% relative humidity:
Touch dry: 10 minutes
Assembly Drying: 2 hours
Hard Dry: 24 hours

Storage Conditions:

It should be stored in a cool place in closed packages that are not exposed to direct sunlight. The packaging should be kept closed when not in use.

Security measures:

It should be kept away from children. Eye and skin contact should be avoided.
