TUNNEL SHOCKING IS MANUFACTURED FOR ALL KINDS OF HIGHWAY, METRO AND DAM TUNNELS FROM NPI – NPU – HEA – HEB PROFILE MATERIALS SUITABLE FOR YOUR PROJECT REQUESTS.

Our company, which aims to increase the production quality and customer satisfaction, can serve in all construction sites in the country with its team specialized in this field.

We set up all our teams and equipment in the work area determined at the construction site, and we respond immediately to the needs of our customers' İKSA. Thanks to on-site manufacturing, we can also prevent any malfunctions that may occur in advance.

The materials stacked in the working area determined at the construction site are bent by giving the necessary curve in the Retaining Bending machine. During this bending, the required curvature is precisely fixed, thus facilitating the assembly process.

The shoring section, the bending of which has been completed, is taken to the workbench for welding the flange and İşban angles. By using the MOLD SYSTEM during the welding operations, the flange holes are provided to meet, the intermediate distances of the İŞBAN Angles are equalized, thus making it easier to balance the Shorings in the Tunnel .
