After this stage, the repair process of your vehicle is started. The owner of the insured vehicle is informed with the completion of the procedures. Santrall Automotive continues to follow up the printed procedures for you, such as the completion of the appraisal report, the examination and approval of the damage file by the insurance company. Following the conclusion of the insurance transactions, the payment that you have to make with the power of attorney you have given for the said damage is taken from the insurance company on your behalf.
