Dissan offers its customers complete solutions in power transmission systems with the production of interconnection products such as hydraulic couplings, elastic couplings, gear couplings and one-way couplings.
Couplings are used as a connecting element between the engine and the reducer or between the reducer and the work machine. They eliminate small values of axial, radial and angular misalignment of the shafts between the machines they connect.
In DYHK model elastic couplings, polyurethane elastomer (Vulkollan), which is very resistant to friction and impacts, is used as the elastic wedge material. DYHK couplings are produced in various lengths for moments up to 105,000 Nm.
DHK model hydraulic couplings are produced in two types as elastic coupling and v-belt pulley. Production is made up to 200 kW at 1500 cycles.
DDK gear couplings are produced especially for difficult working conditions. It is preferred when it is necessary to carry high torque in a small volume. It is produced for moments up to 320.000 Nm.
DTYK model one-way couplings transmit rotational motion and torque in one direction only.
DGK model anti-reverse locks prevent the driven shaft from turning in the desired direction.
