The telescopic lift of the hydraulic light tower consists of 3 stages, nested square profile galvanized materials. The movement of the lifts is provided by hydraulic pressure. The lift first comes from the horizontal axis to the vertical axis, then when fully opened, it extends on the vertical axis to raise the lamps to a height of 9 meters from the ground. While the MAST was up, the energy cable required for movement and lamps was moved up. The motion motors are 12 volt direct current motors, and their strength and durability have been increased by using a gearbox. There are 4 1000 WATT metal HALIDE lamps on the telescopic mast. The control of the lamps is provided by the switches on the panel, the movement of the mast is provided by the Joystick switch. The armature chassis mounted on the telescopic MAST system and the servo-motor system controlled with the help of JOYSTICK on the control and control panel have a movement capability of at least 200° on the horizontal axis and at least 300° on the vertical axis.

What is Hydraulic Light Tower Control and Command System?

Control and command panel is made of steel sheet. It has an openable glass cover and the cover is kept open with a gas shock absorber. It is painted with protective paint against external factors. The indicators on the control and control panel are presented below.

How is the hydraulic lighting light tower cabin structure?

The cabinet is made of 1.5 mm steel sheet and painted with electrostatic powder paint against external effects. The diesel engine, alternator, control panel, battery, daily fuel tank, tool box and hydraulic system are kept in a safe place, and their safety is ensured by means of 4 locked gas shock absorber-reinforced covers from the sides. The interior walls of the cabin are covered with non-combustible sound insulation material and the sound level is minimized.

What are the Features of Trailer Parts?

The trailer is mounted on double axle, 185R14C size tires and leaf spring scissors with steel sheet U profile chassis system. The turns are made with the ball joint system on the front axle. The weld joints were painted with primer and cellulosic paint after the burrs were ground. The trailer drawbar end has a 2” spherical ball coupling that can rotate around its own axis to be connected to the towing vehicle. Volt auto electrical and signaling system is available. There are 4 height-adjustable support feet to be used during working and parking. In this way, while working safety is ensured, there is no load on the tires.
