The lift of the telescopic light tower consists of 5-stage intertwined special profile (wedge channel) honed pipes. The movement of the lifts is provided by hydraulic pressure. The fully extended lift raises the lamps to a height of 9.5 meters. While the MAST was up, the energy cable required for movement and lamps was moved up. The motion motors are 12 volt direct current motors, and their strength and durability have been increased by using a gearbox. There are 6 1000 WATT metal HALIDE lamps on the telescopic mast. The control of the lamps is provided by the switches on the panel, the movement of the mast is provided by the Joystick switch. The armature chassis mounted on the telescopic MAST system has the ability to move at least 200° on the horizontal axis and at least 300° on the vertical axis with the servo-motor system controlled with the help of JOYSTICK on the control and command panel.

Control and command panel is made of steel sheet. It has an openable glass cover and the cover is kept open with a gas shock absorber. It is painted with protective paint against external factors. The indicators on the control and control panel are presented below.

The cabinet is made of 1.5 mm steel sheet. It is ensured that the diesel engine, alternator, control panel, battery, daily fuel tank, locked tool box and hydraulic installation are kept in a safe, and its safety is ensured with 4 locked and gas-reinforced shock absorber covers from the sides. Telescopic MAST system is also protected against external factors with a small panel system.

What are the Features of Trailer Parts?

Telescopic light tower trailer is mounted on steel sheet U profile chassis system and double axle, 185R14C size tires and leaf spring scissors. The turns are made with the ball joint system on the front axle. The weld joints were painted with primer and cellulosic paint after the burrs were ground. At the tip of the trailer drawbar, there is a towing ring that can rotate around its own axis to be connected to the towing vehicle. It has a spring mechanism against impacts. There is a hydraulic brake system depending on the towing vehicle. It can be made vertical when necessary. The trailer has a 12 Volt auto electrical and signaling system dependent on the towing vehicle. There are 4 support legs that can be opened during working and parking. In this way, while working safety is ensured, there is no load on the tires. Diesel engine and alternator are mounted to the chassis with rubber mounts against vibrations. On the trailer, 12 volt starter battery, at least 8 hours fuel tank and control panel are mounted on the chassis system.
