The snow blade complete system is designed to combat snowy road conditions.
The fight against snow is carried out by scraping the snow accumulated on the road.

Snow blade consists of three main parts.
1- Knife
2- Hydraulic System
3- Electronic control box

Blade : The scraper tip is made of steel sheet with a hardness of 400 hbr. The body sheet, which is used to direct the snow, is made of st 52 or polyethylene-based plastic material and reinforced with rib sheet.
on the upper part, there is spermat at least 40 cm wide. The main purpose of this visor is to prevent snow from falling on the front of the vehicle and can be adjusted manually to the desired angle.

Snow blade hydraulic system : hydraulic pump is to control 3 telescopic hydraulic cylinders in the blade up-down, right-left, pressing position and beam position.

Snow blade electronic control box : controls all functions of the snow blade from inside the cabin.

The snow blade is designed to be easily mounted and dismounted with a quick coupling system suitable for the front of the truck.

The snow blade is one-piece or multi-piece monoblock type.
The snow blade wear tips are manufactured in such a way that they can rotate on the horizontal axis against the obstacles on the road and return to their original position after overcoming the obstacle.
