Water and Air consumption is very low. In a crushing-screening plant with a capacity of 300 tons/hour, a maximum of 600 liters of water is consumed per hour (1-2 liters per ton). This rate may vary depending on the size of the facility where the system will be applied, the number of machines (crusher, sieve, tape, etc.), hourly capacity and the number of nozzles within the project.

System; It consists of the compressor, booster, control panels and nozzles fed by the air and water lines coming out of the collectors in these panels. Thanks to the evacuation function available in the system, clogging is definitely prevented when the system is turned off (by supplying compressed air to the water lines and nozzles inside the panel and continuing).

It is possible to operate nozzles placed at truck spill points, crushers, under-sieve stock spill points and other conveyor transfer points simultaneously or independently of each other, via remote-controlled control panels.

It is possible to operate the control panels without an operator in the models of the system designed as fully automated according to the customer's preference.
