Heating Boiler Automatic Coal Loading System (Stoker)

Heating Boiler Automatic Coal Loading System (Stoker)

Our company; In order to minimize high heating costs and to bring dust and hazelnut coal, which is not a problem in Turkey, to the country's economy, automatic coal burning apparatus with fan has been developed.
In the automatic loading system stoker, the required air requirement for the ideal combustion of coal is provided by a radial fan with an aluminum casting body. Thus, quiet operation and high efficiency are achieved.
Coal is shipped according to need, thanks to the control panel, thermostat and geared motor. Thus, coal savings are achieved depending on automation. The automatic loading system stoker provides comfortable and homogeneous heat in your home, workplace or factory.

Since there is no sudden change in temperature, both you and your building will not experience a temperature shock.
In the markets, the cost of hazelnut coal is always 40% lower than the cost of lump coal, and if it is considered that coal waste is prevented due to unnecessary overheating, a savings of more than 50% is achieved.
Since full automation is provided in coal-fired boilers, your heater will be comfortable. Error and waste caused by human factors are minimized.
Combustion efficiency is high since the air requirement is provided in a controlled manner. Thus, there will be no problems caused by the chimney. It is environmentally friendly. Particulate matter and smoke emission are lower in the chimney.

STOKER TYPES

1 – DRY STOKER

They are the most common stokers produced in the market. They are coal loading stokers with a crucible structure that is produced from steel plate and does not have any cooling other than air blowing.

2 – WATER TYPE STOKER

They are coal loading stokers produced from steel plate, in which the efficiency of the boiler is increased by both cooling the ladle by passing a water wall over the air duct and returning the hot water coming out during this cooling to the body in Hot Water Boilers and by using it in condensate heating in Steam Boilers.

CASTING ARMORED TYPE STOKER

They are coal loading stokers whose lower base is made of steel plate and whose fire resistance and strength are increased by covering the upper part with 15 cm PIK cast iron armor.

STOKER WORKING PRINCIPLE

In the working principle of the stoker boiler, the automatic system turns on and stops automatically according to the pressure and temperature. The stoker system burns all types of coal in the size of 0.5 – 10 mm and 30 mm. Since the coal carrier reducer and the air fan on the system are connected with the boiler thermostat, the system automatically stops when the boiler water reaches the desired temperature and starts again after 5-7 degrees cooling. In this way, unnecessary burning of coal is prevented and it is ensured that the water in the installation does not get cold.

The main parts of the system;
– Bunker
– Helix
– Crucible
- Control panel

Bunker: It is the part where the daily fuel of the boiler is stored. There is a sieve on it to prevent foreign substances from entering. The coal filled in the bunker should not be wetted. Wet coal reduces combustion efficiency. It also causes blockages at the entrance to the auger. If the bunker is left empty, smoke can be seen from the bunker. At the same time, the auger may be damaged. Therefore, it is highly recommended not to leave it blank. The sieve above the bunker is placed in the auger to prevent foreign materials and large fuel particles from entering. Therefore, the sieve should not be lifted.

Spiral: The spiral is the part that transmits the coal in the bunker to the combustion chamber.

Crucible: It is the part where combustion takes place. The coal brought by the spiral and the air pressed by the fan mix here and cause combustion to occur.

The points to be considered in the crucible are:
– There should be a coal height of 15 cm in the central boilers on the crucible during combustion.
– This must be ensured by setting the feeding and waiting times on the control panel.
– Do not interfere with the middle part of the crucible.
– Slag accumulated on the sides of the crucible should be removed once or twice a day in central boilers.
– Once or twice a season, the bottom cover of the pot should be opened and the dust that descended to the bottom should be cleaned.

Control Panel: It is the electronic control panel that ensures the automatic operation of the boiler.
