Scotch Type Steam Boiler

They are 3 Pass industrial steam boilers with flame and smoke pipe between 250kg/h – 5.000 kg/h. Working pressure of steam boilers is determined between 0.5 bar and 10 bar according to customer needs. We do not compromise on the quality of raw materials and workmanship used in the steam boilers we manufacture, our personnel working in production are welders certified by TSE. Our steam boilers are designed and manufactured in accordance with TS 377 EN 12953. Before the production of the steam boilers, the raw material is checked with the purchase entry control form and after the approval, the production is started. During the production, every stage of the production is recorded and controlled by means of the visual inspection form, the measurement control form, the hydrostatic fire valve test control form and the quality control form. Other material certificates, heat treatment reports and test certificates required to be included in the product's technical file are presented to the customer together with the CE certificate from the 3rd Institution. This process is applied to all steam boilers manufactured in NKS NEHİR KAZAN MAKİNA SANAYİ. Steam boilers sold in our company are designed as package boilers.
