HOT WATER BOILER WARRANTY CONDITIONS

• The Warranty Period starts from the delivery date of the Hot Water Boilers and is 2 years.
• Hot Water Boilers are under the guarantee of TEMASAN during this period against manufacturing faults.
• In the event that the Hot Water Boilers fail within the warranty period, the time spent in repair is added to the warranty period. The repair period of the goods is maximum 30 working days. This period starts from the date of notification of the product to our factory.
• In the event that the Hot Water Boilers fail within the warranty period, no fee will be charged for the cost of the parts to be replaced if necessary, and for the labor costs.
• Defects resulting from the use of Hot Water Boilers in violation of the instructions in the user manual are not covered by the warranty.

ISSUES OUTSIDE THE WARRANTY OF HOT WATER BOILERS

• Damages and malfunctions that occur during the transportation of Hot Water Boilers.
• Damages and malfunctions arising from wrong location selection, placement, wrong capacity selection, wrong installation pipe connections and misuse for Hot Water Boilers.
• Damages and malfunctions caused by foreign materials entering the hot water boiler during the installation and operation of Hot Water Boilers.
• Insufficient chimney required for Hot Water Boilers.
• For Hot Water Boilers, damage and malfunctions caused by externally purchased materials, safety armatures, accessories and spare parts.
• Excessive installation pressure and related damage and malfunctions.
• External, physical impact, scratch and breakage, etc. and damage and malfunctions caused by chemical factors.
• Damages and malfunctions arising from the use of fuel that is not suitable for Hot Water Boilers.
• Damages and malfunctions arising from the operation of Hot Water Boilers without water, insufficient water or faulty water.
• Damages and malfunctions arising from the user's failure to perform the periodic maintenance and controls.
• Cracks that may occur on the grid due to excessive fuel loading on the grids of Hot Water Boilers (YSKSK Type) and cooling of the ash in the boiler with water are not covered by the warranty.
• Damages and malfunctions that may arise from repairs or changes to be made without informing our company, or from tampering with the device in any way and requesting adjustments.
• In case of conversion of Hot Water Boilers (YSKSK Type) to natural gas system; faulty gas installation connections and installation etc. in the system other than the device. malfunction and device malfunctions resulting from them.
