Facilities of this diameter, length and more than 12.5 m³ charging capacity require special production. The production of these facilities, which are mostly preferred abroad, requires a minimum of 90 days and a maximum of 120 days. These facilities are transported under special conditions.
GENERAL FEATURES OF PRESISTEM IMPRESSION PLANT:
The impregnation plant consists of two separate sections. Thanks to the special design of the processing tank and the storage tank, where the impregnation is made, the amount of solution used for each loading can be precisely measured. The fact that the facility consists of two separate sections ensures easy maintenance and cleaning.
Thanks to the special cover design of the treatment tank, there is no leakage from the cover during the process. In addition, no tightening is applied in the cover system. The lid, which can be opened and closed easily by one person, is very simple to use. However, due to the simplicity of the system, none of the malfunctions that may occur in hydraulic or pneumatic valve systems occur. Therefore, maintenance and repair works can be done without the need for service.
IMPRESSION PLANT CONTROL UNIT:
Thanks to the illuminated indicators on the control panel of the impregnation plant, the pumps operating at every stage of the impregnation process can be observed. With the time clock on the panel, the processing times can be adjusted and the process is stopped automatically. However, when each process is finished, the acoustic alarm device activates and informs the user that the process has been completed.
IMPRESSION PLANT SOLUTION PREPARATION AND STORAGE TANKS
Solution preparation tanks produced in suitable sizes for pre-system impregnation plants are the part where the impregnation material is prepared.
Solution storage tanks produced in suitable sizes for pre-system impregnation plants are the part where the impregnation material is stored.
Thanks to the scales (level - volume indicator) coupled to the solution preparation and storage tanks, the amount of solution transferred to the process tank is precisely measured.
IMPRESSION PLANT LOADING TROLLEY AND TABLE
Wooden material brought to expiration dimensions; are properly stacked on the carrier trolleys. The stacked material is tied with straps in such a way that it does not move inside the tank during the process. After this process, the carrier cars are automatically transferred to the process tank. Carrier cars are automatically stopped by means of start-stop switches working synchronized with the control panel. This system provides great convenience especially in removing the wood that becomes heavy after the process.
IMPRESSION PLANT SAFETY SYSTEM
During the impregnation process, the process tank is under vacuum and pressure at varying rates. Especially if the pressure exceeds the pressure limit for any reason, the pressure switch in the system automatically stops the pressure pump. In case this system does not work, the excess pressure is discharged by the safety valve. Temasan engineers have designed the highest operating level of the pressure pump to be 14 BAR, taking into account the failure of the safety valve. Therefore, problems that may arise from pressure increase in the impregnation plant (main process tank) will not be encountered. In addition, thanks to the acoustic alarm device on the control panel, the control and traceability of the impregnation plant is ensured.
IMPRESSION PLANT NECESSARY CONTROL ELEMENTS, FIXTURES AND PIPE EQUIPMENT
There is a vacuum meter, manometer and scale system to ensure the traceability of the processes on the impregnation treatment tank. By following these indicators, the user can check whether the facility is working in accordance with the procedures. Thanks to the level flow indicator coupled to the process tank, the excess solution is prevented from filling the separator tanks during solution transfer. The piping in the system is also designed in accordance with the user's factory usage area, thus eliminating the problem of taking up too much space.
IMPRESSION PLANT WARRANTY
The pressure pump, transfer pump, vacuum pump, motors, compressor, valves and armatures in the impregnation facility are the products of the companies that produce in accordance with the production standards. Each product has been provided with a quality certificate and compliance with European Standards. All of these products are under the guarantee of TEMASAN. In addition, the impregnation tank, which is a product of TEMASAN, is produced in accordance with the rules of the relevant standards. In addition, vacuum separator tanks and piping are delivered with a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
IMPRESSION PLANT TRAINING
After the installation of the impregnation plant is completed, the person(s) who will operate the plant will be trained by our company staff. The purpose of the training is to enable you, our valued customers, to use the facility without the need for us and to solve any problems that may arise. In the training, first of all, the usefulness and technical features of the equipment in the impregnation plant are explained. Then, solution preparation and operating principles are explained theoretically. After the theoretical explanations, practical training starts. In practical training, the person authorized by you with our training officer for testing purposes; implements solution preparation and plant operating procedures, respectively. After all the operations are completed, the technician is asked to do all the operations alone.
REQUIRED CONDITIONS FOR IMPRESSION FACILITY FACILITY INSTALLATION
The crane to be used in the placement of the impregnation plant is supplied by the order owner. The necessary energy and water lines are prepared by the orderer at the installation site. The ground of the installation site of the impregnation plant must be leveled. The impregnation plant must be located in a closed area. Thus, the facility will be removed from the effects of cold weather, especially in winter. Especially in cold weather, malfunctions occur as a result of freezing of the solution in the valves and pumps. TEMASAN is not liable in case of such malfunctions. At least one authorized person is required for the operation of the impregnation plant. No one other than this person should use the facility.
IMPRESSION PLANT WARRANTY AND CERTIFICATION
Our impregnation plants are produced in accordance with standard rules. Our pre-system impregnation plants are delivered to you after passing the appropriate test stages. At the same time, our impregnation facilities have ISO 9001:2000 quality certificate. The pressure pump, transfer pump, vacuum pump, motors, compressor, valves and armatures in the impregnation facility are the products of the companies that manufacture in accordance with the production standards.
