Consumption / Dosage: The recommended dosage of additive is between 0.5% and 1.5% of the binder weight (500g–1500g for 100 kg binder). Appropriate additive dosage depends on binder and aggregate quality, water/binder ratio and ambient temperature. Therefore, it is recommended to determine the correct additive dose by making preliminary trial mixtures.

PROPERTIES

Sikament® F-32 provides the following features.

As a superplasticizer;

• Significantly increases fluidity without increasing water content and without risk of segregation
• Provides long consistency protection depending on the type of cement used
• Does not have a negative effect on final strengths
• Improves surface appearance
• With its plasticizing feature, it allows the concrete to settle more easily.

As a High Range Water Reducing;

• Provides significant increase in final strengths
• Significantly reduces the amount of water
• Increases the water impermeability of concrete
• Reduces shrinkage and creep
• Provides low water permeability and high durability with lower water/cement ratios

Sikament® F-32 does not contain chlorides or other components that will corrode steel. For this reason, it is suitable for use in reinforced concrete structures.
