HIGH CONFIGURABILITYFixed Precast concrete batching plants are highly configurable for specific applications. Our engineering department is ready to develop unique solutions according to your needs. We not only develop the concrete plant itself, but also offer solutions that include concrete distribution, overhead bucket systems, crane systems and complex individual demands.

CONSEQUENTIAL PRECAST AND READY MIXTURE In general, precast concrete batching plants tend to be higher due to machine height, concrete transfer bucket and other precast related parameters. MEKA offers different options for applying ready-mixed concrete production options to precast solutions.

INTERNAL CONTROL CABINET OPTION The control cabinet on MB-60W / WS concrete batching plants can be located on the main chassis, allowing better control of the concrete discharge area, conveyor status or bucket position and aggregate hopper conditions.

HIGH MEASUREMENT ACCURACY In most precast applications, the mix volume is determined by the volume of the precast mold. Since the ready mix automation software is designed to correct for the small deviations planned in the speed and subsequent mixes, it is not suitable for single batch precast applications that require high accuracy for each mix. In the MEKA automation system, specially designed built-in options with high precision weighing and PLC add-on cards ensure accurate operation in any precast application.

MEKA PLANETARY MIXERS Homogeneity of the mixture is an important requirement in precast applications, especially in colored concrete. Mixing low slump mixtures is hard work and MEKA Planetary mixers are the best for it. Unlike the ready mix, Planetary mixers are unmatched in low slump mixing allowing 100% load of mixer volume. They also allow for up to 100% faster mixing after 85% is reached. Wide range of capacities - covers almost all capacity ranges of 0.33 / 0.5 / 1.0 / 1.5 / 2.0 m³ precast moulds.

CONCRETE TRANSFER SYSTEM With a capacity of 0.5 / 1.0 / 2.0 m³, MEKA rail fast moving and maintenance-free concrete transfer buckets ensure the conveying of concrete to precast factory areas. Band transfer options are also available.

ACCESS AND SERVICE Wide platforms provide easy and safe access to the main parts of the mixer and the weighing chambers. Includes upper platform for serving scales.

DISTINCTIVE FEATURES
High Weighing AccuracyHeavy Mainframe: The heavy mainframe minimizes vibrations caused by loading, mixer feeding and mixing. Less vibration not only increases the weighing precision, but also contributes to the capacity increase of the plant by enabling the weighing process to be done quickly.

Separate Weighing Chambers: In all MEKA concrete plants, cement, water and additives are transported on separate chassis instead of carrying the carrier bodies of the weighing chambers to the mixer body. Vibrations arising from the mixer mixing process affect the weighing accuracy and prolong the weighing times. Therefore, the power plant capacity is also negatively affected.

Çoktu Loadcell Design: Cement and water weighing hoppers are equipped with 2 loadcells to optimize load distribution and maximize accuracy. On the other hand, the cardan shafts in the weighing group allow free movement and prevent deterioration of the loadcell and other connections.

Double Rope Lifting System (WS) In all MEKA bucket systems, it is produced as double rope and connected to the bucket in a flexible structure in order to extend the life of the ropes, reduce the risks of failure and ensure occupational health and safety of the employees.

Bypass Crane Safety System (WS)All MEKA bucket systems are equipped with rope tension control mechanisms. The safety switch triggers the alarm if the rope is not taut or if one of the ropes fails. This mechanism prevents bucket drops and provides safer operation.

Independent Aggregate Discharge CapsEach compartment of the MB-C30 concrete batching plant's aggregate hopper is equipped with two pneumatically controlled discharge caps. This ensures fast and precise loading of material onto the weighing belt and ensures that the desired capacity is achieved.

Quick Installation In our compact concrete batching plants, the entire wiring process of the plant is completed at the factory to minimize installation time on site and is tested to ensure quality and reliability.

OPERATIONAL OPTIONS
Radial Or Shuttle Aggregate Feeding SystemWe have developed the aggregate feeding system to reduce the high costs of a one-sided or two-sided feeding ramp and to facilitate the aggregate loading operation. It is offered in two options as radial and shuttle type for our stationary and compact concrete batching plants.

Weighing Chambers: MEKA offers ice weighing chambers for applying ice to aggregate during concrete production in extra-hot conditions.

Cladding: MEKA sandwich panel or steel sheet cladding options protect the concrete plant from external climatic conditions.
Steam Generator: Steam generators provide steam in a shorter time compared to steam boilers. Different types of fuel are available.
