Surface Preparation;

Cement-based surfaces to be repaired, all kinds of dirt, oil, rust, etc. should be cleaned. Loose and damaged areas in the concrete should be cleaned and the surfaces on which grout mortar will be poured should be roughened. Care should be taken to ensure that the surface is dry.

Material Preparation;

Component A is 2 kg of resin, component B is 1 kg. The hardener is poured into a clean mixing bowl and mixed with a low speed mixer for 2 minutes. should be mixed. 12 kg of component C quartz sand should be added to the mixture slowly and mixed with a 400-speed mixer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. The prepared grout mortar can be used between 4 and 50 mm in one coat.
Average consumption for 1 mm thickness is 2 kg/m2.
It cannot be applied at temperatures below + 5 oC, the reaction slows down at low temperatures, prolonging the usage and working time. At high temperatures, the reaction speeds up and shortens the working time.
