METHOD OF APPLICATION:
It is recommended to apply 3 layers of Plas'coll acrylic based, bitumen-added insulation material, 1 layer of primer and 2 layers of material. The surfaces to be waterproofed should be thoroughly cleaned of oil, dirt and dust, and any cracks and cracks, if any, should be repaired with repair mortar etc.
Depending on the surface, Plas'coll B100 is thinned with 10% water and a primer is applied. After the primer dries, the first layer of Plas'coll B100 is applied to the surface with a brush or roller. While the first layer of application is wet, the glass fiber mesh is laid on the surface and combed with a roller over it, and the mesh is embedded in the material. After drying for two hours, the second coat of Plas'coll B100 is applied so that the bottom net is completely covered. After the applied insulation has dried, the topcoat is applied. (Average consumption 2 – 2.5 kg/m 2 )
If the application will be made without a mesh, 1 layer of primer and 2 layers of Plas'coll B100 are applied. (Average consumption 1.25 to 1.50 kg / m 2.
MATTERS TO CONSIDER:
After the primer application, it is recommended that the applicator wear non-piercing plastic and rubber sole shoes while the other layers are being applied.
