Depending on the use on the surface or underground, it must comply with the criteria determined by the tapes and international standards. Some countries follow special permits for underground use (especially coal mines).

The Trans series has been designed to meet the safety requirements of various industries. These tapes are also produced to prevent the following conditions.

- To prevent the spread of sudden flare-ups on the belt surface

- Eliminating the risk of explosion due to static electricity build-up

Heat Resistance

The operating temperatures of our fireproof tapes are the same as the working temperatures of our shockproof tapes. (-25 / +80) All COKE-WARF bands can be used in applications with temperatures up to 120 degrees and can withstand up to 150 degrees at most.

transtherm

This product is manufactured to withstand increased mechanical and thermal stress. It works optimally between 100° - 200° and can withstand temperatures up to 300°. TEC coated conveyor belts give the best performance against heat.

3 structural options are offered for this product.

1- Multply consists of 2 to 4 layers connecting with Ep or PP structured rubber interface.

2- There is also a model with metal armor on the upper rubber layer of the Multiply model.

3- In addition to these two options, it is offered in a metal frame model.
