CHASSIS

It is manufactured from high-strength steel, designed in accordance with its intended use and carrying capacity, with “I” section, from automatic gas metal arc welding machines.

Sheet metal case covers have a built-in lock system.

The platform base is made of 8mm sheet metal.

In order to prevent the vehicles from slipping on the platform sheet, 40x16 iron bars are welded, with a length of 750 mm in the range of 320 mm and 18 on each side.

The front of the platform is manufactured as 2300 mm long, 2 pieces of 40x16 mm iron bar with 320 mm spacing.

There are 3 load fastening rings on each side.

Covers are manufactured from 2 mm press bending sheet.

PAINT

After all the surfaces of the trailer are completely cleaned, it is painted with 2 layers of epoxy primer and the last layer of DYO acrylic paint.

Color will be determined according to customer request.
